Who are we?
We are Keendoc B.V., a limited liability company incorporated and acting under the laws of the Netherlands. Keendoc is registered at the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under registration number 94795096, and has its offices at the Biltseweg 33, 3763 LD Soest, the Netherlands.Â
We offer our Customers and / or Users (as defined in our General Terms and Conditions) access to an online platform service on which Keendoc publishes healthcare related webinars (âServicesâ).
For these Services we process personal data of our Customers and Users. We collect and process that personal data in the context of our Services. This means we act as data controller within the meaning of the GDPR. In this Privacy Statement, we will explain how we protect your privacy whilst processing your personal data.

Why do we process your personal data?
We process personal data to carry out our job related to the Services.
Examples of this are onboarding you as a Costumer and/or User; handling a question and/or remark from you; providing you with updates and feedback regarding your use of our online platform; establishing the Agreement (as defined in the General Terms and Conditions) between you and Keendoc, to be able to contact you regarding the execution of the Agreement; to be able to create a customer ID for you when you register as a User; to comply with administrative obligations; to offer you support in using our online platform as a User and to send you newsletters.
What personal data do we collect and process?
Keendoc collects and uses the following personal data:
- your first and last name;
- your email address, in part to create an account on our online platform;
- your telephone number;
- your zip code and address;
- your bank account number;
- your current employer;
Special categories of personal data are only processed if you deliver these to us. We do not request you for these data ourselves.
Are we allowed to process your personal data?
Keendoc may only use personal data for a reason specified in privacy laws. Such a reason is called a legal basis. The possible bases are listed in Article 6 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The bases on which we process personal data are your consent (Article 6, first paragraph, under a, of the AVG) and in execution of the agreement with you (Article 6, first paragraph, under b, of the AVG).
Consent
Do we process your personal data based on your consent? Then you can withdraw your consent at any time. From that moment, we will no longer process your personal data collected based on your consent. Unless there is (also) another legal basis to process the personal data.
How do we secure your personal data?
To prevent unauthorized access of personal data, loss, theft and unlawful use of personal data, Keendoc has implemented various security measures, including measures against unauthorized access use, modification, unlawful and unintentional destruction and unintentional loss of the personal data. Only authorized employees of Keendoc can view the personal data. These employees only have access to the personal data to the extent necessary to perform their duties.
How long do we store your personal data?
We do not store personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which we process the data.
Do we share your personal data with third parties?
We do not provide the data subject's personal data to third parties unless:
- Keendoc has obtained explicit prior consent from you to do so; or
- one of the legal bases applies on which the provision of personal data to a third party is permitted; or
- it is necessary for the execution of the agreement.
You can withdraw your permission to provide personal data to third parties at all times.
We use processors to assist us in our services. Within this context these processors receive personal data from us which they process by our order.
For the platform we use the third-party platform provider Kajabi LLC (âPlatformâ) to provide you with content. In some instances, the Platform is a processor of Keendoc and Keendoc and the Platform have a data processing agreement in place. The Platform is located in the United States and therefore, for the purpose of using the Platform, your personal data are being transferred outside the EU. The Platform is part of the Data Privacy Framework. Further, for this transfer Keendoc and the Platform have standard contractual clauses in place approved by the European Commission.

Cookies
When using our website and when using the Platform, cookies are being placed on your device. Keendocâs website uses the following third-party cookies:

Through these cookies, and Keendocâs cookies, we observe user behavior and provide an optimal experience of our Services. We never trace the behavior of individuals, so there is anonymity.

What are your rights?
You can always ask us what personal data we process about you. You have the possibility to correct your personal data, should it be incorrect. Furthermore, you may in specific situations request Keendoc to delete, transfer or restrict the processing of personal data.
Finally, you can object to the processing of your data. It is possible to file a privacy complaint with us via email ([email protected]), should you not agree with the way we process your data. You may also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Keendoc does not use automated decision making.
This Privacy Statement does not apply to third-party websites that are connected to the website through links on the website. Keendoc does not accept any responsibility or liability regarding how these websites handle personal data.
